Return and exchange
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of purchase, as long as:
- The purchase was made on our online store at https://yarova.store/.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (receipt) and a completed return/exchange form.
Please Note: We only offer store credit or exchanges for returned items. Refunds are not available.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
If the item doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected: You cover the return shipping cost.
If there’s a defect or error on our part: We’ll cover the return shipping cost.
How to Return an Item:
- Make sure the item meets the return conditions above.
- Pack it in its original packaging (for multi-part orders, include all items).
- Fill out the return/exchange form (contact us if you need a new one).
- Ship it back using the same postal service that delivered it.
Important Notes:
Store credit or exchanges for returned items in good condition will be processed within 7 days of us receiving them, following Canadian law and our policy.
